Wind Makes Waves 2014

“Tuul Teeb Laineid” (Wind Makes Waves) marks a first time collaboration between Atoosa Pour Hosseini, Ulla Juske, Hanna Piksarv and Sigrid Uibopuu.

This new work is the culmination of the research and development undertaken by the artists during their stay in Paldiski in August 2014. The four participating artists, each with a different background and discipline, collaborated in creating this sculptural installation in the Amandus Adamson Studio Museum yard. The installation is a direct response to their surrounding environment, furthermore they view exhibition making as a physical manifestation of the thought processes inspired from being present in a space.

The project is kindly supported by Arts Council of Ireland, Kuusakoski AS, Amandus Adamson Studio Museum, Paldiski Uhisgumnaasiu.
